Fire Breathing Dragon Cake
This cake was for the same boy that I made the castle cake for last year. He told his mom that since he had the castle last year, he needed the fire breathing dragon for it this year. So, here it is. Happy Birthday Elliott!
Snowflake Cake
I love learning how to do new things and on this cake I learned how to make snowflakes out of royal icing. Super fun and super delicate. It was a good thing that I made lots of extra, because I also learned how easily they break.
Hello Kitty Cake
My daughter's 6th birthday request was Hello Kitty. She also requested cupcakes and helped me dip them in sparkly pink sprinkles.

Wine Bottle Cake
I made this cake for the "Splash of Spirits" event here in Mitchell. This was one of the silent auction items. Gov. Dennis Daugaard's chief of staff, Dusty Johnson was the lucky winner of this cake and a $50 gift certificate for a future cake. Thanks Dusty! The wine bottle is made of chocolate cake and the wine crate is almond amaretto. Everything on this cake is edible. Even the wood floor is made of fondant.

Cornelius Cake
I made this cake to enter into the Corn Palace Festival contest. It got the grand champion ribbon, which means that I won a carnival ride pass for the week for one of my kiddos. Always saving money.
Reveal Cupcakes
I made these cupcakes for a reveal party. This is for a pregnant woman who is about to reveal the gender of her baby. The cupcakes are white and they have colored filling. For this one, since they were having a boy, they had me make the insides of them pink except for one blue. I found out that the expecting mother got the one blue one. So Fun!
