Teacher's Cake
This is one of the funnest cakes that I've gotten to make so far. My daughter had a grad assistant, Ms. Nolz, in her classroom and her last day was Nov. 15th. So, her teacher, Mrs Bauder, asked if I would make a cake for her as a surprise. Everything on the cake and board is edible. Even the paper on the top is made out of fondant.
Mexican Fiesta Cake Pops
These cake pops were done for a surprise party. Everything on the cake pops is edible and I made everything myself, except for the middle of the Mexican hats. Those are mini Rolos.
Ruffle Unicorn Cake
I tried a new technique with butter cream frosting on the cake to create ruffles. This was also the first time that I made mini cupcakes and I decorated them with edible glitter.
Little Einsteins Cake
For those of you that have children under the age of 5, you should recognize this cartoon. The "Little Einstein" space ship was made out of fondant.

Pink & Pumpkins Cake
This cake was for a baby shower for twin girls and the theme was pink and pumpkins. The inside of the cake was pink as well, because it was strawberry. This was so fun to make.
40th Wedding Anniversary
This cake was made to look similar to their wedding cake. Congratulations to Jay and Mary! You are an amazing couple.
Rustic Elegance Wedding Cake
I absolutely loved what the bride, Kayla, wanted for her wedding cake. In addition to the cake, I made four different flavors of cupcakes; chocolate, white, almond amaretto and pink champagne w/ raspberry filling.

Toilet Cake
Yes, this is a cake! This was so fun to make. I hope that the birthday lady enjoyed her surprise. And, I hope that they could get past the poop to actually enjoy eating the cake.
Corn Palace Onion Dome Cake
I entered this into the Corn Palace Festival contest. It won me a free pass for the carnival rides. My daughter was pretty excited.
Garden Cupcakes
I made these for a good friend of mine for her baby shower. The theme was "Sprinkled With Love" and revolved around gardening. I also tried out a new flavor with these, Peanut Butter Cookie Dough with chocolate frosting. They actually have some peanut butter cookie dough in the middle. So Good!!!
